These are the Applications for withdrawal of the remaining amount deposited by the Acquiring Body in this Court. 2.

Heard the learned Advocate for the Applicants, learned AGP for the State and the learned Advocate appearing for the Acquiring Body.

These Applications are moved in ten (10) First Appeals preferred by the Acquiring Body against the Judgment of the learned Reference Court. There were thirty-two (32) Appeals by the Claimants against the same Judgment seeking enhancement. This Court by common Judgment and Order dated 17.10.2025 partly allowed the Appeals of the Claimants. Since there were no observations in the operative order regarding disbursal of the amount deposited in this Court, these Applications are filed.

Considering the above undisputed aspects, I see no legal impediment in allowing the Applications. Hence, I pass the following order : -

ORDER

[i] The Applicants are allowed to withdraw remaining amount with accrued interest thereon deposited by the Acquiring Body in this Court, towards satisfaction of the Award. [ii] The Solvent Sureties if furnished during the pendency of the Appeals, stand discharged.

[iii] The Applications stand disposed off.
