The applicants-claimants are seeking permission to bring legal representatives of deceased appellant on record. The sole appellant died on 28.11.2013 and, therefore, there is delay of 1016 days. The learned AGP, though opposed the application, but considering the right to sue, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B"and "C". The applicants are directed to carry out the amendment within stipulated period.
