Learned Advocate for the Appellant submits that the parties have arrived at amicable settlement and accordingly approached the Family Court, Jalgaon. She submits that this was the litigation between the Husband and the Wife.

In view of the above, we do no see any propriety to keep the Family Court Appeal pending which was arising out of the Order dated 17.10.2019 in Petition No.C-9/2019 (Old Spl. Civil Suit No.178/2013) passed by the Family Court, Jalgaon. Hence, the same stands disposed of as withdrawn. Pending Civil Application stands disposed of. 3.

The Record and Proceedings be sent back.
