This is an Application for bringing on record the legal representative of the Deceased Ibrahim Hasan @ Hasansaheb Pathan. A copy of Death Certificate is filed with the Application. The Applicant has filed the execution proceedings before the learned Executing Court in view of the death of his father as the legal representative. This is not in dispute. 3.

Hence, the Application is allowed in terms of Prayer Clauses - 'B' and 'C'. The Appellants shall carry out the amendment in the Appeal Memo forthwith.

Application stands disposed off accordingly.
