The applicants are claiming deletion of respondent No.1A Smt. Sindhu Shriram Patil, who admittedly died on 15/09/2019 as per the copy of death certifcate anneeed herewith. 3.

It seems that all the legal heirs of deceased Sindhu are already on record and therefore, her name can be deleted from the array of respondents. In view of the same, the application is allowed with direction that the name of Smt. Sindhu Shriram Patil i.e. respondent No.1A be deleted from the cause title of appeal. 4.

The amendment be carried out forthwith.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
