1] The learned counsel for the applicant in Civil application No.14115 of 2023 submits that in the order dated 22.02.2024 in para nos. 2 and 3, after Civil Application No.14115 of 2023, Civil Application Nos. 14113 of 2023 and Civil Application No.14116 of 2023 may be added.

2] In the order dated 22.02.2024 in para nos.2 and 3, after Civil Application No.14115 of 2023, Civil Application No.14113 of 2023 and Civil Application No.14116 of 2023 be added.

3] It is brought to my notice that SLP filed by the Godavari Marathwada Irrigation Corporation is dismissed. As such, Civil Application Nos. 13582/2023, 13585/2023 and 13583/2023 in respective Arbitration Appeals are allowed. The applicant in these Civil Applications is permitted to withdraw the 95% of the amount deposited in this Court along with accrued interest thereon. Amount of 5% be retained. All these Civil Applications are disposed of. 4] List this matter on 18.04.2024.
