PER COURT :- Pursuant to the order dated 11.7.2017, the learned AGP has taken instructions and has placed a compilation of three documents on record. First page of the said document is a communication dated 12.7.2017 indicating that the Society at issue, has been deregistered. Copy of the said communication (three pages) is collectively marked as 'X' for identification. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, since the society itself has been de-registered, these petitions are rendered infructuous and they can be disposed of as such. Considering the above, these petitions are disposed of as being infructuous.
