1] Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

2] The applicants are apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 263/2024, registered at Jafrabad Police Station, District Jalna, for the offences punishable under sections 109, 118 (1), 119 (1), 189 (2), 190, 191 (2), 191 (3), 296, 351 (2), 351 (3), 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3] The allegations against the applicants are that the applicants along with co-accused have assaulted the informant with sticks.

4] The learned counsel for the applicants submits that this Court, by order dated 16.12.2024, has granted interim protection in favour of the applicants. In terms of the said order, the applicants have attended the concerned police station and have co-operated with the investigation. 5] The learned APP submits that the applicants be directed to attend the concerned police station. 6] The applicants along with other co-accused have assaulted the informant with sticks. There are five injuries caused to the injured. Out of five injuries, two injuries are simple in nature and the report in respect of three injuries is still pending. The report of X-ray of the injured indicates NBI. Considering that in terms of order dated 16.12.

2024, the applicants have attended the concerned police station and have co-operated with the investigation and the applicants are the ladies. In view of above, the interim protection granted by order dated 16.12.2024 stands confirmed, in the following terms : i] The applicants shall attend the concerned police station from 20.01.2025 and 21.01.2025 between 10.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. and thereafter as and when called by the investigating officer.

ii] The applicants shall not tamper with the evidence of the prosecution in any manner. They shall not influence the informant, witnesses and other persons concerned with the case.

iii] The applicants shall co-operate with the investigation and also in the proceedings before the trial Court.

7] In the event, the applicants violate any of the conditions specified in this order, it shall be liable to be cancelled.

8] It is also clarified that the observations made in this order are limited to the disposal of the present anticipatory bail application and the trial Court shall proceed further in the matter without being influenced by the observations made hereinabove.

9] The application stands disposed of.
