PER COURT :- 1.

The petitioner has put forth prayer clause "B" as under:- "B) By issuing writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction, respondent No.1 may kindly be directed to decide three proposals submitted by petitioner society (1) for opening of B.Com. faculty, (2) for opening of B.Sc. Microbiology and B. A. Physical Courses and (3) for opening of M.Sc. Course in Physics, Botany and Mathematics, in its existing College namely Prof. Bhaurao Ubale Patil Arts and Science College, Sultanpur, Taluka Khultabad, District Aurangabad, submitted to respondent No.2 University and forwarded to respondent No.1, within stipulated period and to communicate decision on the same to the petitioner immediately."

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the proposals can be decided by the State Government expeditiously,

wp972.23 -2keeping in view that respondent No.2 University has already forwarded the proposal to the State Government. The learned A.G.P. submits that a reasonable time may be granted. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. We expect, respondent No.1 to decide the proposal of the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible and preferably, on or before 30.04.2023. 4.

Needless to state, we have not expressed any view as regards the merits of the said proposal.
