Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.P.P for the respondent-State.

The applicant has been arraigned on the statement of the co-accused. However, nothing has been recovered from him. There is no direct or circumstantial evidence against the applicant. The applicant is languishing in jail since 8th October, 2021. The charge sheet has been fled. Nothing remains to be investigated in the present crime. The trial may takes its own time. Hence the applicant deserves bail.

ORDER

(I) The bail Application is allowed.

No. 2152-2022.odt (ii) Applicant Sonya Mansaram Chavan be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) with one solvent surety of the like amount in Crime No. 173 of 2021, registered with MIDC Paithan Police Station, District Aurangabad for the ofence punishable under Sections 302, 394, 397, 201, 120-(B) of the Indian Penal Code, on the condition that :- (a) He shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses till the conclusion of the trial.

(b) He shall attend the trial on each and every efective date of hearing.
