The petitioner has moved an application seeking the tribe certificate which he already possesses of 'Koli Mahadev' scheduled tribe in form ' C' as per the directions of the scrutiny committee dated 03.01.2023 where the validation proceeding is still pending.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the original tribe certificate has been surrendered to the scrutiny committee. 4.

Since the petitioner's original tribe certificate is deposited with the scrutiny committee, the scrutiny committee shall retain its attested copy and return the original to the petitioner who shall produce it before the respondent no. 2-competent authority and the respondent No. 2 shall issue him a fresh tribe certificate of 'Koli Mahadev' scheduled tribe in 'Form C' within one week of deposit of the original tribe certificate.
