The Petitioners are aggrieved by the order passed by the Appellate Tribunal on 7th December 2015 vacating the interim order of status-quo passed earlier on 6th November 2015.

It is not a matter of dispute that substantive appeal presented by the Petitioners is pending before the Appellate Tribunal at Mumbai. It is also not matter of controversy that in pursuance to the order passed by the D.R.T., the Petitioners have deposited a sum of Rupees Six Lakhs and further sum of Rupees Fifty Thousand. The amount recoverable from the Petitioners, as per their contentions, is Rupees Twelve Lakhs. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, ends of justice will be met by directing the Appellate Tribunal to decide the pending Appeal, expeditiously.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of with direction to the Appellate Tribunal to decide the pending Appeal presented by the Petitioners, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within THREE MONTHS from today.

The interim order passed by the Tribunal

on 6th November 2015 shall continue to operate until the disposal of the Appeal.

5.

With the directions as above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
