Learned advocate for the applicant submits that while order came to be passed on 7th April, 2017 in civil application for stay that entire amount under the award be deposited in this court within a period of four weeks, the entire award amount had already been deposited in the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal at Dhule, however that had not been realized then. 2.

Learned advocate for the applicant, as such, requests that condition of depositing entire award amount in this court may be waived and may not be insisted upon.

As such, in view of the averments and assertions in the

{2} ca4902-18 application that already the amount has been deposited in Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, the condition of depositing amount substantially gets complied with and as such, there may not be insistence to deposit the amount in this court. 4.

With aforesaid the civil application stands disposed of. Interim relief to continue.
