The learned Advocate for the petitioners - Management, submits that some of the teachers have not been granted their arrears. A request/representation dated 18/09/2017 has already been addressed to respondent No.4, who is to take a decision. The aggrieved employees are already receiving their regular salaries. However, arrears of salary have not been paid. He submits that a decision on the said representation would at least make the petitioners aware of the reasons for non-payment.

Considering the above, this petition is disposed off, with a direction to respondent No.4 to decide the request/representation dated 18/09/2017, as expeditiously as possible and preferably, on or before 10/05/2022.
