The Applicant-Corporation seeks to condone the delay of 112 days caused in filing appeal against the Award passed by the Tribunal under the provisions of the Motor Vehicles Act. 2.

Heard learned advocate for the applicant and respondent No.3. Although, other respondents are served, none appears. 3.

Having considered the submissions advanced and reasons as stated in the application, case is made out to condone the delay. Hence, Civil application is allowed. Delay of 112 days caused in filing the appeal stands condoned. Civil application is disposed off.
