The petition is filed with following substantive prayer : "(B) By issue of writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions in the like nature, the respondent No. 2 to 4 be directed to complete the recruitment process for the posts of Mini Anganwadi Sevika at village Fulkalas within period of 3 months."

We grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad Division, Aurangabad and file the representation. In case, the petitioner files representation, the Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad Division, Aurangabad to take decision on it, as expeditiously as possible, however, within a period of three weeks from filing of such representation. 3.

With the above observations, writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
