Issue notice to the respondents. Learned AGP waives service of notice for respondent nos. 1 to 3. Learned Counsel Mr. Kawale waives service of notice for respondent nos. 5 to 7. Learned Counsel Mr. Solunke waives service of notice for respondent no.8. 3.

The issue raised in the petition is very short for transferring the proceeding from office of respondent no.2 to any other office. The transfer application has been decided by the impugned order dated 14.11.2024. With the assistance of learned respective Counsels, we have gone through the impugned order. However, we are not

2 36.WP-13411-2024.doc satisfied that it is precise decision on the transfer application. We do not touch the merit of the matter or issues involved in the matter. We are hoping, that should be a precise order as to what exactly decision has been taken. In view thereof, we allow this writ petition by directing respondent no.2 to decide the transfer application dated 21.10.2024 afresh within a week from today.

The parties if desire, may appear before respondent no.2 on 11.12.2024.
