1] By the present writ petitions, the petitioners challenge the interim orders passed by the Additional Divisional Commissioner, Chh. Sambhajinagar, whereby he has rejected the interim relief prayed in the proceedings filed by the petitioners.

14182.25WP+ 2] The revisions filed by the petitioners are pending before the Revisional Authorities and the interim stay application has been dismissed by the Revisional Authority. Since the Revisions filed by the petitioners are pending before the Revisional Authority, instead of examining correctness of the impugned orders and keeping the matter pending, it would be appropriate to direct the Revisional Authority to decide the pending Revisions filed by the petitioners as expeditiously as possible. It is informed that the parties have already appeared in the revisions and pleadings are complete.

3] Considering the same, the Revisional Authority is directed to decide the revisions within a period of eight weeks from the production of this order. Both Writ Petitions are disposed of accordingly.
