PER COURT :- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that, in all other districts the questions are framed in Marathi language, however, so far Parbhani district is concerned, in question paper the question nos. 61 to 100 on Technical subject are framed in English language. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the General Administration Department, Government of Maharashtra has issued instructions to all concern that, the question papers should be framed in Marathi language. However, contrary to the said instructions question nos. 61 to 100 are framed in English language. He submits that, though the petitioners filed the applications/representations, the District Collector and the Chairman of the Selection Committee,

12246.15WP Parbhani have neither taken any decision nor it is communicated to the petitioners.

We direct the District Collector and the Chairman of Selection Committee, Parbhani to decide the applications/representations of the petitioners within one week from today and communicate the said decision to the petitioners. If the District Collector, Parbhani wishes to hear the petitioners, he can do so. 3.

The Petition is disposed of in above terms.

In addition to communicating the today's order to the District Collector by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the learned A.G.P. undertakes to communicate the today's order through the office of Government Pleader to the Collector by fax. 5.

The parties to act upon an authenticated copy of this order.
