Heard learned Counsel for the applicant Insurance Company who has filed this appeal. According to the applicant, the delay in filing appeal the appeal is merely of 73 days. The learned Counsel for respondent No.1, despite appearance, remained absent, whereas application appears to be dismissed against respondent No.2. Thus, considering the short period of delay it stands condoned.
