The learned Advocate for the applicant points out that he has approached the State with the second revision, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 16.8.2019. The interim relief granted to the petitioner by the order of this Court dated 28.1.2015 was thus continued for a period of four weeks to enable the Honourable Minister to consider the second revision. Due to the imposition of the President'

s Rule in the State of Maharashtra, the matters filed by way of second revision are piling up and are not being heard. 2.

The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of respondent No.5 has opposed this application seeking continuation of interim relief. akl/d

I find that this application is filed in peculiar circumstances. It was beyond anticipation that the President'

s Rule would be imposed in the State of Maharashtra. The second revision has been filed by the petitioner within the time frame granted by this Court and it is in such fortuitous circumstances that the said revision is not being heard.

In view of the above and as the interim relief granted to the petitioner on 28.1.2016 has continued almost for five years, this civil application is allowed. The interim protection granted earlier would continue upto 5.1.2020.
