The learned counsel for all the parties are ad-idem that this Court in case of similarly situated petitioners in writ petition no. 3712 of 2016 under order dated 13.10.2016, considering the affidavit in reply filed on behalf of respondents has disposed of the writ petitions with the following directions.

In view of the contentions raised in the affidavit in reply, respondent Nos. 1 and 2 are directed to examine the eligibility of the petitioners for grant of second benefit, as prayed by them and if found eligible grant the benefits, subject to final decision in the proposed SLPs.

( 2 ) 1008 wp 12781.16 The respondents shall consider eligibility of the petitioners for grant of second benefit, as requested by them, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within three months from today and it is accordingly directed. 4.

With the direction, as above, the writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
