PER COURT :- 1.

In the first Civil Application, the applicants desire to delete respondents 5 to 7 from Civil Application No.12869 of 2018 and correct the description of respondent No.4. Similarly it is prayed that the Trust, through the Secretary, can be added as respondent No.5. Similar prayer is made in the second Civil Application, with reference to the Writ Petition.

2.

Learned Sr. Advocate appearing for the Trust submits that as the Trust is represented by the newly elected President and Secretary, whom he represents, there can be no objection to the Civil Applications. 3.

In view of the above, both these Civil Applications are allowed. 4.

In Civil Application No.12869 of 2018, the learned Sr. Advocate submits that the same pertains to bringing subsequent events on record. The Trust will have no objection.
