The only grievance made in the petition is for issuance of tribe certificate in its proper name. The tribe certificate is issued to the petitioner as 'Mannerwarlu'. In fact the tribe recognized in the Presidential Order is 'Mannervarlu'. The petitioner is already issued the tribe certificate of Mannerwarlu, however, the spelling is wrongly written in the said certificate. 3.

We have also heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader.

Considering the above, we pass following order. 5.

The Sub Divisional Officer/respondent No. 2 shall issue the tribe certificate to the petitioner as 'Mannervarlu' scheduled tribe, expeditiously.
