The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that despite various orders in his favour under the Right to Information Act, 2005, he has not been benefited out of the said order. He points out one last order dated 25.07.2019 passed by respondent no.1 by which, the proceeding under Section 20(1) of the Right to Information Act, 2005 for imposition of penalty, has been initiated. Yet, he is not benefited even from the said proceeding.

Considering the above, the supervisory jurisdiction of this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is not available to the petitioner. This Writ Petition is, therefore, disposed off. The petitioner would be at liberty to avail of the proceeding as is permissible in law for redressal of his grievance. kps (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.)
