The Petitioners have put forth prayer clause (B), which reads as under :- "[B] By appropriate writ, order or direction in the like nature of writ, respondents may be directed to decide representations (EXHIBIT A to L) in time bound manner as expeditiously as possible."

Having perused the representations, it appears that the Petitioners have put forth several demands on various grounds, like directions for digital payment to be introduced, removal of encroachment, for nullifying certain conditions of lease agreement, to resort to allotment of plots, to increase the size of plots, lavatory to be installed, etc.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits on instructions that the Petitioners desire to withdraw this Writ Petition, with liberty to approach the concerned authority and make out a specific grievance issue based and seek redressal. 4.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off, as withdrawn on instructions, with liberty to approach the appropriate authority.
