1] Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

2] The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 121/2024, registered at Tadkalas Police Station, District Parbhani, for the offences punishable under sections 307, 326, 324, 341, 504, 506, 34 of the IPC and under Section 4 & 25 of the Arms Act, 1959. 3] The learned APP submits that there are antecedents against the present applicant.

4] The allegations against the present applicant are that he has assaulted three persons with knife and one injury sustained is grievous and the same is on the vital
