The learned Advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that there is standing crop on the petitioner's land Gut No.422 admeasuring 0 H 72 R situated at Kochur Bu. Tq. Raver, District Jalgaon, of which possession is directed to be taken by the impugned order. The petitioner submits that he be protected for a period of eight days, so as to enable him to approach before the appellate authority to challenge the order impugned in this petition. The petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

Without going into the merits of the case, in the event, if it is found that there is standing crop on the petitioner's land and that the petitioner is in possession of the same, the standing crop and

WP 13244-2022 possession of the petitioner is directed not be disturbed for a period of eight days from today.

The petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty as above. The petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. 4.
