This application is filed for condonation of delay of 520 days in preferring First Appeal by the Claimant, seeking enhancement of compensation.

The State, by filing affidavit in reply, has opposed the Application, stating that no sufficient ground is made out by the Applicant / Claimant for condonation of delay. 4.

For the reasons stated in the Application, delay is

{2} ca3975-24.doc condoned. The Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B", on the condition that the Applicant / Appellant shall not be entitled for the interest for the period of delay, in case, compensation is enhanced by this Court.
