Learned Advocate for petitioner is absent. However, the main prayer of the petition was - "(B) By issuing appropriate writ, or or directions in the like nature of writ, be pleased to direct respondent No.2 to decide representations dated 01.08.2016 and 01.12.2016 within four weeks from today and thereby grant approval to the proposal of individual approval for appointment of petitioner as a 'Junior Clerk'."

91_WP_51_2023 Affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent No.2 Smt. Sandhya Dnyandev Bhor, Deputy Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar, however, it has not been stated as to what decision has been taken on the representations of petitioner dated 01.08.2016 and 01.12.2016 and whether that decision has been communicated to the petitioner or not. Whatever the action might have been taken prior to the representations was not in fact challenged in the present petition, but the prayer was limited to the extent of deciding his representations. We dispose of the petition by giving directions to respondent No.2 to decide the representations dated 01.08.2016 and 01.12.2016, within a period of four weeks from today and communicate the same to the petitioner.
