By the present writ petitions, the petitioner challenges the inclusion of respondent Nos.7 to 32 in the final voters list. The District Cooperative Election Officer before whom the objections were raised by the said respondents for non-inclusion of their names. After calling for a report from Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Society, Kallamb, the Election officer has included the said respondents in the final voters list by order dated 05/12/2022. The petitioner challenges the same in the present writ petition.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that some of the said respondents at the relevant time never included in the voters list

WP 13246-2022 as members as they are minors. The election programme indicates that the withdrawal dates for the candidates is from 4th January to 18th January. The election has proceeded at a far advance stage and any changes made would delay the election process. In view of the same, I would not invoke the writ jurisdiction of this Court. The petitioner to avail any other remedy that may be available to him, in law.

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of, with above liberty.
