Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Addl. P.P. for the respondent. This is an application for return of the property i.e. gold which was the subject matter of the case. It is brought to our notice that, against the judgment and order dated 14/10/2016, passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Aurangabad in Sessions Case No.194/2010, the accused had preferred appeal before this Court vide Criminal Appeal No.692/2016, which came to be heard and dismissed on 21/7/2023.

Since the judgment and order of the learned trial Court has been confirmed by this Court, it is for the concerned Court/ authority to deal with the property which was subject matter of the crime, and act accordingly as per the operative order of the learned trial Court.
