These are applications filed by the State for fixing the main appeal for final hearing at an early date. All the appeals are from the year 2014 and that too against acquittal. The appeal from the year 2002-2003 against conviction are still pending before this Court. Considering that position, this Court is not in a position to take up the matters for final hearing. In view of the same this Court cannot fix the appeals for final hearing for the present. The applicant-State is at liberty to move this Court after six months. 02.

The criminal applications stand rejected.
