The parties are ad-idem that during pendency of the petition the petitioners' property has been acquired by resorting private negotiations under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 .

Nothing survives in the petition. It is disposed of. Amount deposited by the scheme pursuant to the order dated 29.01.2020 shall be refunded to him.
