Heard the learned Advocate for the applicant. None for the respondent in spite of service of notice. 2.

This application is moved seeking transfer of matrimonial proceedings bearing HMP No. 103 of 2024 pending before the Court of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Beed to the Court of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Rahata, Dist. Ahmednagar.

It is the case of the applicant-wife that already two proceedings are filed at Rahata, one under Domestic Violence Act and another seeking divorce. The present proceeding sought to be transferred is filed by the respondenthusband for dissolution of marriage.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that to avoid conflicting judgments, both the proceedings are required to be heard together. He further submits that travelling to Beed is difficult as there is no one to accompany the applicant-wife. The distance between two places is about 242 kms. She thus prays for transfer of proceedings. 5.

Considering the above factors, this Court is inclined to allow the application. Hence following order :

ORDER

i.

The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B".

ii.

The matrimonial proceedings bearing HMP No.

103 of 2024 pending before the Court of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Beed shall be transferred to the Court of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Rahata, Dist. Ahmednagar.

iii.

The application stands disposed off.
