Heard. In this appeal by the Insurance Company, by this application it is seeking stay to the operation and execution of the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the Tribunal. 2.

The learned advocate for the Insurance Company submits that, it is ready to deposit the entire amount under the Award together with interest and the operation of the impugned judgment and award be stayed.

In view of such statement, pending appeal, the execution and operation of the impugned Judgment and Award shall stand stayed subject to the Insurance Company depositing the entire amount under the Award together with interest in this Court within eight weeks.
