This is an application under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure to quash the first information report being Crime No. 328/2021 registered on 16.04.2021 with MIDC Waluj and consequent S.C.C. No. 1828/2022 pending on the file of learned JMFC, XVII, Aurangabad for the offences punishable under Sections 188, 269 and 270 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned APP submits that criminal proceedings against the Applicants initiated pursuant to the crime no. 328/2021 have been withdrawn.

Copy of the report is placed on record. Since the prosecution has already been withdrawn as against Malani
