The grievance of the petitioners is that despite respondent nos.3 and 4 recommending the proposal of the petitioners to give approval to start second additional division of 7th Standard, no decision has been taken by respondent nos.1 and 2.

Respondent nos. 1 and 2 to take decision on the proposal of the petitioners, if not already taken, expeditiously and in any case within a period of six weeks, on merit and in accordance with law, after giving hearing to the petitioners.
