We have heard Mr. Doke, the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned AGP and Mr. Dande, the learned counsel for the respondents.

The grievance of the petitioners is that the lands proposed under acquisition as per the notification issued under Section 32(2) of the Maharashtra Industrial Development Act are fertile lands and is multi cropped and permanent irrigated lands. There are other barren lands available for the industrial area. The learned counsel submits that the petitioners have already filed the objection

It is trite that it is only after deciding the objection the further process of acquisition has to be undertaken. The learned AGP submits that if the objection raised by the petitioners is not decided then the same would be decided by the authority within a period of three months. 4.

In light of that, Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. 5.

All the contentions kept open.
