An issue of a pending proposal dated 26th May, 2022, is raised in this petition. The proposal has been forwarded by the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Dhule to the Deputy Director of Education, Nashik, respondent No.3, at whose end it is pending adjudication.

In view of the above, as respondent Nos.4 to 6 are formal parties, this petition is disposed off without issuing notice to them. We expect respondent No.3 to decide the pending proposal of the petitioner, on or before 31st March, 2023 on it's own merits by following the due procedure laid down. If an adverse order is passed, we expect a reasoned order.
