Mr. Prakash H. Malche, Police Head Constable of Pimpalner Police Station, Dist. Dhule produces the victim, who states his age to be 23 years by name Narayanan Palanisamy. His statement has been recorded.

We have gone through the statement, though it is in Marathi. It mentions about the contents having been translated to him in Hindi. We have verified from him in Hindi the correctness of the statement. He states about having left Pimpalner having faced losses in the business and having travelled to Tamilnadu, but instead of going back to the native, he was staying elseshwere in a lodge. He specifically submits that he was not confined or detained by anybody.

He identifies the petitioner to be his mother. She is also present with her advocate. He is ready to go back with his mother. He is set at liberty being major and being capable of taking his own decisions.

In view of the above, the criminal writ petition is disposed of.
