The petitioner shall have liberty to approach the Taluka Level Committee constituted in accordance with the Circular issued by the Revenue Commissioner. If the petitioner tenders an application to the concerned Committee within a period of four weeks from today, the Committee shall take appropriate decision and issue necessary instructions if deemed necessary, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of the application. With these directions, Writ Petition stands disposed of.
