Learned counsel for petitioner on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition.

Learned counsel for respondent No.6 states that machinery of the Court has been used to vex and harass respondent. He further purports to point out that no personal grievance has been spelt out in the writ petition. He had no business to dabble into the service matters. Respondent No.5 has retired long back and thereafter the petition has been sought to be withdrawn. Though, counsel for the petitioner tries to reason out approach to the High Court under the writ petition, perusal of writ petition would show that it does not spell out any specific personal grievance against respondent No.6.

Counsel for respondent no.6 submits, petition has been moved to have the settlement of personal score. Such an approach to have settlement of such grievances would not be proper. In view of the same leave to withdraw the writ petition is granted with costs of Rs.2,000/-.
