This petition can be disposed of by directing respondent no.2 - Education Officer (Secondary) to decide the proposal in respect of according approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Assistant Teacher, as expeditiously as possible and preferably, within a period of four months from today and it is accordingly directed.

In the meanwhile, the concerned educational institution shall not take any coercive action against the petitioner 4.
