Heard Shri Sachin Deshmukh, learned Counsel appearing for the applicant and Shri S.S. Patil, learned Counsel appearing for the respondent - Insurance Company. Perused the impugned Judgment and Award and the grounds of objections raised in exception to the said Judgment and Award. The Insurance Company has disputed its liability. Considering the submission made the following order is passed.

ORDER

(i) The applicant is at present permitted to withdraw a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- out of the deposited amount. The balance amount be invested in Fixed Deposit Receipt in any Nationalized Bank for the

(ii) Civil Application for withdrawal of amount stands disposed of.
