The Petitioner has put forth prayer clauses (B) and (C), which read as under :- "B) By an order of this Hon'ble Court, the respondents may kindly be directed to re-schedule the election of Masjid Paltan and Madarsa Anjum Isalimiya, Hingoli bearing registration No. MSWB/ HNG/40/10 in democratic manner thereby maintaining free and fair atmosphere.

C) By an order of this Hon'ble Court, the respondent No.2 be directed to appoint the respondent No.3 as an administrator to control and oversee the operations of Masjid Paltan and Madarsa Anjum Isalimiya, Hingoli bearing registration No. MSWB/HNG/40/10, till conclusion of the election process."

Considering the cause of action, this Writ Petition cannot be entertained and the same is disposed off. 3.
