Mr.Dhage, learned counsel states that the Management has submitted proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak on 29.6.2016. The same is not yet decided.

Learned Additional Govrnment Pleader accepts notice for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 and submits that in case the said proposal is pending then the Education Officer would decide the same on its own merits.

In case the proposal (Exh.P-3) is pending with the

Education Officer then the Education Officer shall take decision on it, on its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within four (4) months.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
