Both these Petitioners are aggrieved that their proposals dated 14.2.2022, forwarded by the management for seeking approval to their appointments, are pending with the Education Officer (Secondary).

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider the said proposals and decide the same within 60 days, by following the due procedure as is laid down in law and by conducting a strict scrutiny in the light of the policies and the Rules applicable.
