The learned counsel for the petitioner states that, during the pendency of writ petition, the respondents have accepted the request of the petitioner and the petitioner has thereafter joined at the place at Sonai, Tq. Newasa.

In view of that, nothing survives for decision in the present writ petition.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the respondents have initiated departmental proceedings. The
