Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the concerned authority has taken decision on the proposal in respect of date of correction of approval. The said proposal has been rejected. The petitioner wants to file appropriate proceedings challenging the rejection of the said proposal. Under the said circumstance, he seeks withdrawal of the petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings. 2.

In view of the said statement, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
